How long will the design take after payment has been made?

You will receive your designs 3 work days after the date of payment, unless stated otherwise by your designer

Can I use my own images in my design?

Yes. If you have any specific symbols or icons that need to be included with your logo, you can submit them in the logo design brief

What if I want more than 1 option of a logo?

There will be a fee of R990 should you want to have 2 logos instead of 1 logo.

Do I have to pay before or after my designs have been completed?

The design process will start after payment has been received.

What happens if I dont like any of the concepts?

If you don’t like the concepts or have changed direction from the original brief that is not a problem at all, just let me know and I will send a custom offer for 5 additional concepts for $25, once accepted please provide me with an updated brief on the new direction you would like to go in.

How may revisions can I ask for?

There are 6 revisions included on the logo design that you choose from the initial concepts, but only 1 revision on the entire branding pack. If you need more revisions just let me know and i’ll send you a quote for the additional work.

What formats will I receive my Logo files in?

Files Incl pdf, png, jpeg and illustrator source

What is the vector file?

The vector file is the format of the resizable logo so that when you resize it doesn’t get distorted or lose quality. If you need to print the logo on large surfaces or on merchandise such as t-shirts, mugs and so on it is recommended to buy the vector file.
